Course Description
 

The mentioned unit holds national recognition meeting stringent standards for quality control and training assessment. This 5-day course qualifies participants to become licensed riggers-basic in the construction industry.

The basic Rigging is required prior to attaining the following licenses ( Such as intermediate or advanced)

​

Upon successful completion, participants receive a nationally recognized Statement of Attainment for the unit CPCCLRG3001 Licence to Perform Rigging Basic Level. Which could be submitted to a NSW service center for an HRW License 

Entry Requirements

  • All Applicants must be 18 years of age

  • Provide 100 points of ID in accordance with the safe-work procedures 

  • Adequate English speaking and writing skills

Training Overview

​

​Licence to perform rigging - Basic level or RB ticket is obtained upon successfully completing a weekly training course. This training course is for those who want to obtain a Basic rigging licence and maybe proceed to advanced training courses for Intermediate Rigging. Candidates for the Basic Rigging training course must have a valid Licence to perform dogging or DG class ticket. CPCCLRG3001

Fees and Charges

Course Cost is $1,500.00 per participant. Corporate rates and group pricing is available.

Payments 

Payments must be completed prior to the attending the course class

Outcome

Upon finishing the course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the specified unit. Those who do not successfully complete the course on the initial attempt have a 90-day window from the course completion to pursue a second or third assessment at an additional cost (determined case by case). Participants exceeding the 90-day limit for the second attempt must reenroll, incurring the full course fee.
